Service

  • Growlyft is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.
  • It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Growlyft at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences; we are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
  • We require your Instagram username to obtain the required information for the Instagram API. We do not store, give away, or otherwise, distribute or sell usernames to any third parties.
  • The estimated number of followers, likes, and views is not guaranteed to you in any way.
  • We don't guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.
  • Your order and payment for our services signifies your agreement to our current Terms of Service. In order to maintain a client listing that profile is "private" we will need to pay payment reimbursement for that period of time.
  • We don't provide any live service that requires real followers to be active and quality verified. All services we sell is to boost brand awareness and social proof only.
  • Since all of personal use only.
  • You agree that upon purchasing our service that you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not be a fraudulent charge.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.

Paypal and Credit Card Processors

  • You agree that upon purchasing our services, then you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not be a fraudulent charge.
  • If we do receive a fraudulent warning to file a dispute, we reserve the right to delete your followers, likes, and/or comments.

Registration

  • You agree on registering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.

Instagram/YouTube/Spotify/TikTok

  • You will only use the Growlyft web website in a manner which follows all agreement made with Instagram/YouTube/Spotify/TikTok on their terms of Service page.
  • Once you place a request with us and your orders are under processing, you will not change from any other website. If you do then we will not be responsible for any followers count or followers lost. If you do, we will not have you refund as well.
  • You will only use this website having Instagram/YouTube/Spotify/TikTok in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Spotify (on their terms of service page).

Public Profile:

  • Your account/page/channel must keep the page as indexed and should remain "public" while the order is completely delivered.

Transfer of Followers:

  • Once your order is successfully delivered, we will not accept any request to remove the followers and transfer to any of your other account(s).
  • All purchases or orders are final and only for one account. Only in case, if your order is not fully delivered and involves no penalty delivered, you can request to any transfer following followers to the new account(s) or even to get an refund account.

Free Refill:

  • We are the only one in the industry who will give you free refill on all of your order in case if you lose any of followers.
  • If it Please be informed that if you lose followers from any other website, vendor you will not be entitled to get a free refill.
  • If it We only give refill up to 5 days of your last order with us. After 5 days there will be no free refill.
  • Our system works on best count and exact. We will not give you a refill if your account has less than what you must have gotten order from us. For example, if you had 1000 followers before placing an order with us for 1000 followers. After order delivery, you should have 2000 followers. You are entitled to get free refill ONLY if your follower count is less than 2000 followers.
  • After successful delivered order if you deleted the order in other websites, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH DOWNFALL.
  • If username changed, our system is unable to give you free refill automatically or manually. To get a free refill, you need to revert your username back to what we have placed your order.

Liabilities

  • Growlyft.com is in no way liable, nor offers a refund for the following: no-content account suspension, account deletion, video deletion, followers/likes/comments drop off, comment removals, done by Instagram or yourself.
  • We will not risk our personal life completely, take responsibility of customer to keep his/her account safe.

Disclaimer

  • Growlyft.com will not be responsible for any damages on your business may suffer. Growlyft.com makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since Growlyft.com uses the internet to collect services, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of our website.
  • All services are ≤AS IS≥ and Growlyft.com clearly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. User agrees that all billing and use fees incurred through use of the Growlyft.com service, whether incurred by User or anyone who may use User's account, will be User's responsibility.
